If you are not buying this car because of the "oil cooler issue" then you need to do some more research on the 370Z.
If you are driving it as a daily driver it will not be an issue. If you are driving it on the track then install a cooler - if you are willing to chance rubbing the wall with your car you chances of warranty issues are less likely - just return it to stock before you bring it in.
