It happens, I would try to take as many photos that you can and report it to the Service Manager

If you can I would also get an estiamte from a body shop for the repair so that you know what to ask for in terms of dollar amount

I recently had to go after a city construction company because of an unmarked construction zone that damaged my car, everyone told me that I wouldn't get compensated for it but I pursued it and got the the company to pay my damages after I ended up going through my insurance

Dood... Walmart?? man... really. Dunno what to say, sucks about the Z.

If your Z is a 6 speed... man I'd be worried about them grinding gears and slipping the clutch. All around not a good move to take it there.

Z, Walmart and service/work do not belong in the same sentence.
