Driving with VDC off....

I pick and choose when I disable VDC. Rain, it is always on. Nice day, warm tires, nobody around... VDC off.

I agree with this statement. With the amount of power the Z has, the car will easily spin out from under you if your VDC is off and you take it to redline in 1st gear. The ability to control the car gets very very difficult if you don't have practice haha.

If the street is wide open and you are the only one- i'd say do it. Have some fun.

But you can still squeel your tires and leave rubber with the VDC on.. So if you are trying to show off, leave the VDC on! You wont end up like one of those crashed corvettes haha!

I'm a bit like this ^.

I usually forget to turn it off on start up. If I need to get into traffic from a stop and certain turns need VDC off so I often scramble to push the button.

The car is so much more spirited with it off.

I voted sometimes. Mainly because I just do not remember.
GaleForce and Ranch like this.

That is pretty much me exactly. I remember to hit the VDC button the first time it holds me back, many times it's too intrusive for me.

I have noticed the same thing about the car being more spirited with it off, to the point where I've been thinking about rewiring the VDC to be in the "normally off" condition.

Every time it kills my throttle on a launch or a turn it gets shut off. Every other time I'm too lazy to turn it off.

I voted for always off. I kind of wish it would stay off period. In the rain that’s a different story.

I almost drive exclusively with it off now (in nice socal weather) unless its raining or something. The problem is it kicks in a bit too much with hankook tires. I didn't start doing this until after I drove on the track and had a lot better of the limit of my car.
