ricers are everywhere, sadly half of my friends have riced cars, but aren't the ricer personality.....welll not all of them are.
 anyways yeah the normal stop light revs, jumps, inciting to race, all common in my town as well. But I just find it amusing, its funny cuz I stay cool about it, and they act up even more, which means I must really get under their skin.   but def a no no on throwing the drink I had a drunk do that when I was going to a college party one time, luckily i know people so I know where they live and all their info just incase. muwhahaha
