I always try to pick nicer advisors by looking at reviews online or through friends referrals before I go to a new dealership. So most of them are great except

So most of them are great except for those BMW guys. Those are really pushy and recommend tons of unnecessary stuff. I don't tip them but I give them gift cards, bottles of wine, etc on special occasions like Thanksgiving, Christmas. Sometimes I just give them baseball tickets when I can't make it to the games.
