He owns both cars and rents the one on the truck to another driver. Both cars weren't 100%. The one on the truck had a blown motor due to the driver missing second and smashing it into 4th. The one in the lot is running on 5 cyl., that last cyl crapped out on them during the same race. Guy with all the patches on his shirt is Tim Bell.
