So I started a very ambitious project this morning: I decided to swap out my manual transmission for an automatic. I got the clutch pedal removed (see photo) before realizing this was the stupidest decision ever. Since the clutch pedal was out, I went ahead and installed an RJM Performance clutch pedal assembly that has been laying around my garage since mid-January. Best mod ever /discussion.

Please ignore the state of the footwell in the photo. It is now clean

Absolutely phenomenal!

I just got back from more testing this morning, and I'm still overwhelmed by the improvement over the crappy stock clutch pedal assembly. As much as people complain about stock, I just learned to live with it - I didn't have any problems driving it smooth. Now that I have the RJM Performance clutch pedal assembly installed, I don't know why I didn't complain more about the stock clutch action. It is simply terrible in comparison. This is the assembly Nissan should have used for OEM. Hats of to Ryan for an incredible product

I cannot add anything to Mr. JAR's assessment. The pedal turns the car into something new altogether. Why did I wait so long to install it????

After waiting more than a year to actually purchase it (my wife finally bought it for my bday this year), after letting it sit in my garage for over 3 months, and after a less difficult than expected install, I went inside to bang my head on the kitchen counter for 15 minutes straight while bitching at myself for not doing it sooner

I just pulled mine out of the box and am contemplating installing it next week sometime. Hope my install goes smooth too

I drove out to the beach today and visited a campground I use to go to as a kid. Camping sure has changed since then pic of the "cabins"
