I saw the signs for mile upon miles, Road Work but after awhile I stopped paying attention. Finally the guy with a sign in his hand appeared, and I was moving. I was able to demonstrate to a Cal Trans Worker just how good the Z brakes are. I think he thought I was going to take him out, as I closed the gap. I stopped 15-20 feet back from where he would have stopped cars himself. I did feel like he was good natured too.

They're sizing it up. Easier to do the cutout s from the outside.
