Took a friend up to Glendora Mountain Rd through to Mt. Baldy. It was a little icier than I expected. Probably not the best idea on summer tires.

Got the bad news today from Tire Rack on my backordered Michelin Pilot Super Sport
285/35/19 since Sept. Word from Tire Rack is the MFG has set an indefinate delivery date.

Tire Rack is holding the last two fronts for me 265/35/19 and they are now discontinued.

Okay...so has anyone have any experience with the Michelin Pilot Sport PS2 ?

I was finnaly gonna jump ship on the RE-11's and join the Michelin family...now they do not make the sizes.

I could go with RE-11's again or Potenza S-04 or Michelin Pilot Sport A/S 3....any thoughts on above question ? Thanks in advance ...Sorry Donald cannot join the club if they do not carry my size anymore.

Tire Rack link to availible tires in my size.

go with S04's, mr.zforce! that's wat i run these days. not looking back. they look great too. dont get the 275/35/19, get 285/35/19 or wider cause for some reason the S04's in 275/35/19 is narrower than the RE050A's.

Thanks Mr Kenchan, was hoping you would chime in as you helped me last time when I wanted to oversize the tires on the sport rims. I recently searched the forum to find out anything on the Michelin PS 2 (nothing) and came across a post of yours running S04's on the G.

Also wondering about still slipping into the Michelin Pilot SS by upping the size in the rear from 285's to either 295's or 305's and maybe tire rack will have those in stock. 285's are ideal for the sport wheels but 295's might be squeezing too much on the rim...thoughts on 295 or 305 ?

If not a wise choice then I am down for S04's in 265/35/19 and 285/35/19.

Thanks in advance, I appreciate your help as always you are an asset to the Z community !

Finished drilling out 6 (yes six.. ) of my studs to remove my front two wheels that were seized on. My Work RS-R Aluminum lugs are officially retired, good riddance to them. Took six hours and 8 drill bits and a lot of cursing. No damage to the car thankfully (other than 6 drilled out studs lol) but I did get a couple minor nicks on the Advans

Once the ARP studs get here I can cut them down then install those, and then I will be switching to R40 Revo's next year. No more screwing around with sh!tty H&R studs or aluminum lugs!

unfortunately, thats just the price you pay for using aluminum lugs on steel lugs. you can use aluminum lugs if you use some anti-seize

Went to the Paul Walker & Roger Rodas Memorial Meet Yesterday

Thousands of cars and 3x the people...took me 3+ hours to move .8 of a mile. But was still an awesome day
