I have a thought......

Since the lip is so thick.....

If you leave the ifone on the lip and do a hard-acceleration.....

The centrifugal-force should make the fone stick tight on the lip....

Can we try this...??? :icon17:

I can be the driver and you can use your phone, thus we share the work 50/50.... sounds good??

No worries.I thought the rain alone would keep you away.

Next time :The 11/18 Sears Point event is open for guest registration

You need to fit with a helmet on, so I understand.

Thank you very much. I built it earlier this year and have wanted to do this since I was a kid (trains). Another life long goal.

While racing home to watch the Giants lose the first three games and then win the last four, I hit the VDC off button just before a turn that plays havoc with the traction control. The car sputtered and barely made it through the turn. I looked down and VDC was on. I either missed the button or turned it off earlier. Uhg. :icon17:

Now I am baking Chocolate Chip cookies. :yum:

dmhenderson 10-24-2012 08:16 PM

Yeah 3 people total have driven mine.
-Me
-Girlfriend but only after I badgered her into it (she's terrified of something happening to it while she's driving).
-My buddy who has a WRX STI test drove it right after I bought it.

 lol! I felt the same way but it was MY car! Still not over that 100% my hubby has only driven it twice .....both times i badgered him- he just has no interest...

Btw-you wouldn't have had to badger ME to get into drivers seat-you'd have had to bitch me OUT of it! Lol

I love it! The shoulder is getting better by the days. Just have to keep doing therapy on it. Thanks:tup:

Here is another from Monday at Thunderhill. I am driving all alone (and managed to load the same video three times.) You can see the track a little more since no helmeted head blocks view. It had rained two hours earlier. I meant to move the seat but failed to do so.

Today - the last work day of my 9-day retirement -- I am going to wash, clay, polish and wax the 370.

GaleForce 10-26-2012 07:41 AM

Today I'm going to pick up my car from AMS and start breaking in the stage 3 clutch.

Drove to work disgusted by living in Kansas....it was 87F on Wednesday....spent the drive staring at the "ice" warning today.

Not a fan of this place....but...at least by being here I'll miss out on "Frankenstorm" this week-end back home in Boston.

Blasted around Muir woods and Stinson beach with my little guy sleeping in his baby seat for an hour or two. He has learned to sleep through hours of twisty roads like a champ. I'm beginning to think he could sleep through a plane crash.

Anyhow hanging with my Z and my son at the same time with good coffee and winding roads = awesome afternoon.

2 bucks for Pete's coffee...

20 bucks for gas...

Using "Berk exhaust tones instead of baby Mozart for a lullaby as his sleepy little head bounces off the sides of his cow patterned car seat... Priceless!!!

SurfDog 10-26-2012 09:48 PM

I guess that should read:

Pete's coffee. 2 dollars...
Gasoline. 20 dollars....

Anyhow you get the idea.

These are my stomping grounds. How do you like the fresh roads?

Enough wind for your kites?

I am washing Mondays race off my baby today.
