Sorry for the derailment... I forgot this is ON topic thread. In addition to the magnetic drain plug, I stopped by the dealership and picked up a handful of copper crush washers and an in-cabin air filter. |

well drove the Z back from work across a farm, saw a bunch of tractors and chickens and roosters. Some of the roosters I could hear from a mile away, dam they are loud with the wind down and the air rushing in on a country 2 lane back roads are the way to go.
PS: also thought that you can never trust what a rooster doodles, cuz that one rooster was cockadoodling or w.e. they do @ 5pm in the afternoon arent they suppose be waking you up @ 6am?? :roflpuke2: |

Back top topic. LOL
Got a state inspection done on the Nismo today. And took it out on a date with new GF. :happydance: She still wants to see me. :happydance: |
Put the Nismo370 cat back exhaust on my base+sport. Sounds lovely.
Also changed head gasket, generator, water pump, radiator hoses on my morgan. Should Fire up tomorrow. |

Started my car up and she cranked right over after some headwork and replacing coolant lines and rebuilding carbs. Next step exhaust:
My 370z is next to it and my s14 behind it so this counts as nissan work https://www.facebook.com/v/101009115..." height="320" |

Then I guess I just had Christmas last month! Speaking of which I took my car to Thunderhill Raceway with my new rubber and actually kicked some a$s. I had five races and took a second, third, and fifth place out of twenty. I used 21 gallons and drove 200 miles, maximum speed was 120 MPH and a couple of turns at 80 MPH. Another turn is like a giant skid pad which was a 70 MPH turn for me. My car had more grip but I was timid as it kept raining off and on. While nobody totaled or had car to car contact, the wet track proved damaging to a few cars via spins etc. Those painted curbs are no good when wet. I was afraid to touch them, much of the time. Mr Onzedge needs to put a bubble in the roof of his car so the helmet will fit. Like Dan Guerney's* GT40. I would benifit with one myself. Or get a seat that sits lower. Today I drove home and averaged 21 MPG according to the computers we all have stock. It is the first time that it has been reset. Prior to this I had 13.9 MPG over the life of the car. * I think that is right. |
