Time to start training a rat!

Bath day... (yesterday actually). She will sit in the garage today because it's raining. Happy Easter everyone!

Zora got a bath, claybar and an initial treatment of Zaino Z2 yesterday. Woke up this morning and did a Z6 and another coat of Z2 in the garage since it is windy out. Letting this coat cure and going to decide whether to do another Z6 & Z2.

Vacuumed my Z today with my new Eureka hand-held vacuum. I'm impressed with the power of this $40.00 vacuum cleaner.

motored my Z for the first time since thanksgiving this am. was a nice drive. i went easy to re-familarize myself with my Z (nothing like going 3x the power of my dd) and to safely consume old gas.

Got my Stillen Gen 3 intake put on and blacked out the fang area with vinyl. Already did the roof but never posted it.

I applied a second dressing of this stuff on my front seat to keep the leather supple

My buddies put my spacers on for me last night, as they're quite a bit more mechanically inclined and have the proper tools.

Excuse the dustiness, she's getting a bath soon. I've just been far too busy lately.

This is a repost of my own:

I drove down to Laguna Seca on Friday afternoon. The weather was beautiful. The weather forecast was 20% chance of showers by 3 PM race day. My tires work in the rain vs the slick race tires of others. At 7:30 Saturday morning it was now a 10% chance by 5 PM. Rain all day Easter Sunday.

At 8 AM I was at the track and wondering where it had gone. The fog was so thick I could only see perhaps 20-30 feet. Then it started to rain. Some forecast.

Rain we can deal with fog not so much. When one flagger can not see the next they close the track with a black flag.

The fog would roll in thick then pull back, where the track was reopened. Then when the fog came back, close it up again.

Here is my first bit of the day. it does get better. More to come.

Yea, one of my employees just ran into my office and told me my car was in the middle of the road, and finished with "and it's not an April Fools prank." I ran outside, and sure as ****, there it is....with two guys standing there looking at it. The office's driveway has a tiny slant, so it didn't go far. Still scared the **** outta me. I'll be adjusting the parking brake later...and leaving it in gear no matter where I am.

I have had that happen in my previous car - e-brake is up, but either not enough or something and it rolled back, into my garage door.

Never did it again, but jesus I was paranoid from that point on.
