You can tap into the wires underneath the dummy switches or if you have heated seats you can tap into the power source there too. since i had dummy switches i tapped into one of the unused wires underneath that area. The red wire is the one that only powers up when the parking lights turn on.

heres a pic of how everything looks underneath the cup holder/dummy switches

oh and hit 1000 miles! Time for my complimentary service! Any dealer scams I should be worried about? :P

The service attendant is not the Prince of Albania or Nigeria, and he doesn't have money for you because of overpaid funds that have just been released for payment.

The service attendant also isn't from another country, holding a winning lottery ticket to share with you, if you would just help him by depositing money into your account while withdrawing a money order and mailing it to him.
:roflpuke2:

Beware of those scams. Although quite old, they still get people.

Looks like I may be taking mine to Vegas this weekend (for UFC and Superbowl! :happydance:). Though, I'm kind of worried about parking in Vegas (of course just at our hotel, not anywhere else) and door dings from careless/drunk idiots. :eekdance:

After 31K miles I finally replaced the original in-cabin air filter. The sad thing is, I've had the new filter sitting on my workbench for about 15K miles :icon17:

I was in Palm Springs for a Sales and Techinical conference - when it was time to go home (Orange County), I decided to take the long way home via Hwy 243. The detour was great therapy. :D

I love this last one with the car's silhouette nicely captured as a shadow:

I found a nice pole to park next to, and luckily didn't get dinged on the other side!
