Gale, are you going to get that rear end painted?

Yes, it's on my to-do list this winter. I had trouble finding someone to do the work (install and spraying). Now I'm just going to get someone to spray it and I'll reinstall it myself since I'm the one that put it on in the first place.

I'm in the middle of nowhere and shops are afraid to touch my car. I have to drive 2 hours to a place just to get my clutch installed...

Yes, Phil will do it. He wanted me to deal with Carbon Signal first to get a new rear bumper. They took so long to deal with this issue that it wasted most of the summer so I thought I may as well enjoy the car and deal with it this winter. Maybe I'll stop by Phil's after AMS installs my clutch on Thursday.

So has that been resolved at all?

South Bend Stage 3 clutch, South Bend DXD flywheel, ZSpeed HD CSC, new OEM clutch master cylinder, and Motul fluids.

I highly recommend Joe at ZSpeed. Very knowledgable, and great customer service.

Almost... :shakes head:

They still owe me replacement carbon door sills. Easily the worst buying experience I have ever had from an online business.

Nice kit..you'll have to give us your impressions once it's all installed.

I definitely will. 3-400 miles of stop and go driving for break in...

Just playing around with Plastidip, nothing exciting. I don't want to do any permanent mods in case I want to sell it in the near future. I think the wheels added the most appeal. I have a nice scuff mark on the right front that needs attention so I am still working on a long term visual solution. Stay tuned!

Went for a quick drive to test out the new shoes. Everything is good. No vibration at highway speeds, and relatively quiet. Still working on removing the mould release from the PSS's.

Topped up with gas for the trip to the big city tomorrow, now I have a full tank that I need to burn through by the 26th at midnight. (Last day of insurance, need empty tank for the fuel pump install)

This afternoon I'm changing the wheels back to stock so I don't have to worry about them tomorrow when the car is getting worked on.

Oh, I took a couple more pictures with the new shoes. I promise next year the car body panels will all be the same colour.
