Somebody, maybe Stillen? has a front plate mount that screws onto a bolt that plugs in where the tow hook goes. Means no cutting/drilling holes into your bumper. I'd like

Somebody, maybe Stillen? has a front plate mount that screws onto a bolt that plugs in where the tow hook goes. Means no cutting/drilling holes into your bumper. I'd like to see one in the flesh, however before I commit. Are there locking nuts to keep the plate from rotating on the stud?
