Incidentally, does the front mounting bracket come with the car? Like for free? Cuz the dealer didn't give me mine. And as I understand California vehicle code, it is illegal

And as I understand California vehicle code, it is illegal to deliver a car to a purchaser without it installed unless the purchaser signed a waiver that they refused installation of the front bracket...
