Curb weight est 3175 lb This is taken straight from road and track. I would love to know how car and driver got 400 more pounds added into it.

Who knows. For some reason I think the car is definately lighter. One of the reviews (SORRY can't remember which one), the reviewer commented how the car was definately lighter; he could feel it.
