The only downside is it's not a full lift so while under the car you've got to be on a stool and be mindful of your head, but it sure beats four jack stands.

Oh yeah, I remember these now. Costco in Canada sells them. $2100 delivered. It would be perfect for me.... It's nice that you can raise the pads too. I need something like that to get around he Amuse side skirts on my car. I add a couple of hockey pucks on top of my floor jack for it to work now.

One thing to keep in mind, on the site it says you need either a 20amp - 120v circuit or 15amp - 220v circuit. Most houses around here are wired with 15amp - 120v circuits in the garage.

I would pull the trigger on this right now, but just bought some wheels and tires, and need to get my kit painted.... Maybe this winter for when I install the boost!

Yup I will probably buy mine through Costco as well. Just need the house first.

Actually contemplating selling the 5.0 and DD'ing the S2K for a while. I owe just about nothing on the Mustang so that cash would be helpful to add to a down payment. After I get in the house and set up I could buy a Boss/GT500 or something else.

I have to think about it, though. The S2K is pretty damn slow... not sure if I can handle that for 6-12 months.

That sounds like a sound idea. I did a similar thing 12 or so years ago. Needless to say, it paid off big time.
