Update/Western NY is a different kind of NY. Nothing like NYC area. Rochester is a friendly town. It's between Syracuse and Buffalo .. about 1 1/2 hour from Niagara Falls. Well, at least the suburbs are nice.

i lived in socal about 12-13yrs ago.... was nothing laidback about that town. was crazy. bullets and avacatos flying all over the place.
