Had about half a bucket of water collected with my towels from the window sills and floor. :ugh:
luckly my power did not go down thanks to eating snacks earlier. Oh wait, power to the house did not go down so have several fans running. Should be all dry by evening. Disinfected the sills and floors.

Sorry about the water getting in :shakes head:

Fortunately no Rain here, though it looked like it would come down hard for the first half the day.

I have a dilemma. So while the 5.0 was parked I was thinking about selling it and DDing the S2000 to help with a down payment on a house. I came up with about $5k in mods for the S2K that I'd want to do to DD it year-round.

Well, since I sorted the 5.0 out and took it for a nice drive I have quickly tossed the idea of selling it. Its just way too much fun and I can't live without some power in my life.

The problem is now I have a list of $5k in parts I still want for the s2k :|

Solution-- sell roughly $5k worth of parts off the 5.0 to me to help fund this adventure :|

Thanks zman! Its sunny now and everything looks to have dried up inside the house. I checked around my garage and everything was ok. need to do some brooming later... mulch all over the sidewalk.

Mustang- I'd keep ur car if you still enjoy it....especially if its paid off. if not paid off then its a tuff decision but at least you got to enjoy it.

Stupid hilarious. If you are a "Family Guy" friend, you'll love it.

I am thinking about watching it too :icon17: :icon17:

Yeah as long as I am enjoying it as much as I am I'm going to keep it. Same thing with the S2000.

I love your restraint!

Check out the little brewery here - Church-Key Brewing Company

The owner has been working in the business since he was 16. He put in many years at Molsons, or Labbats (I don't remember which). He took all his experience and knowledge to start Chuch-key Brewing Co. 12 years ago. :yum:

New wing end plates on the the way. Thanks to my sponsor APR Perfromance.

like me after eating thai food. :barf:

nice!

i have cameras set up around my house. when such dispute arises, i check footage to the exact date/time and see for myself what happened. a cheap network camera can be had for like 100+ with great results if you dont need night vision. and it can be setup from inside the house if you want. :)

it rids solicitors too as i can send the picture to our neighborhood watch program if i see the same face more than twice. i like the folk's facial expressions on these intentionally partially hidden cameras. :icon17:

lol! :rofl2:

hello, mr.alcheng! the gopro footage exposure was very good today. woooot! i think i found my optimal angle and height. :p

good job! yah, even the Z's stock speakers come a live with my pioneer's 3band parametric EQ + DSP. :D

the370Z.com....

hi jar! :hello: yah, i dont do this on my honda Fit at all. my G gets special treatment too. wash or sprayon car wash every Friday and only if it's nice out does she come out to play on Sat afternoon. otherwise sleeping sipping on battery manager until next work day. :icon17:

hi mr. gale- you have a might fine looking kitchen too. enjoy your 2 beers. :icon17: that quick release tripod mount was just the regular adhesive mount less the adhesive + 1/4" screw hole epoxyed to the bottom of the quick release. not the cleanest work but it's functional. im going to clean it up some more and dinoc the surround to make it look more appealing (not yet Z-worthy look.. lol :icon17: )

We love our kitchen. I just rebuilt the cabinet where the microwave is now located. We used to have an Over the range microwave. That was our only mistake in the kitchen. The exhaust fans on those are loud and useless. It bothered me so much that I ordered a semi-commercial range hood, very quiet being only 1.5 sones at the low setting and 4 sones at the high setting. Also cranking out 960 CFM at the high setting with an 8" exhaust. Then I had to redo the marble backsplash, and of course figure out how/where to install a new microwave in our custom maple cabinets. The brutal thing was, the cabinets have a custom 12 step finish, and the company who originally made them for us went out of business. With a little patience, I was able to modify a door front with out disturbing the finish, and built a drawer under the microwave. Now I can sleep.

I was thinking if making my own mount after seeing the one you bought. I thought from the link you shared, the guy made a whole new mount. If its just an epoxied 1/4" nut, I'll definitely make my own.

I'm awake now Mr.alcheng :hello:

We had a great night with friends last night, tried to share my Lager. These guys have trained their tongues to love the cheap stuff. They said the lager was too strong tasting. I didn't notice, but I like my beer to taste like beer and not flavored water. :rofl2:

I took the family out for breakfast this morning, then spent the rest of the day with them at the waterfront festival, doing family things, etc. Getting caught up now.

Wow, sounds amazing, mr.gale. our kitchen is just a regular kitchen. Nothing fancy. :ugh: my wife's a great chef so its kind of a waste not having a great kitchen.

Thanks mr.alcheng. its sunny here still and forecast looks dry for a few days. This is the first time I've seen this happen here. Very glad I was home. :D

Happy- yah the wind was very strong and hitting the house sideways. Usual storms hitting sideways is np, but today's storm was much stronger. It overwhelmed the sliding door bottom rails. The upper windows were fine. Also checked the vents and they all seem fine. Not sure if I lost any shingles though... :ugh2:

Right now working on dinoc-ing the cup holder trim. I can tell I've not been doing dinoc by how my thumb feels like 1st degree burn from the heat gun. :icon17:
