Moto I hope you took plenty of pics and will post them. m4 I'm not as much of a cup fan since Dale died. Haven't found a driver to get behind. Alcheng they said that they drank them as partial payment. Alcheng isn't that pic from Moto in Ontario??

It's definitely different now. I was always a Jeff Gordon fan though so he's who I cheer for most. I also like JPM, which is difficult considering how JPM likes to crash into everything imaginable.

I am definitely not as into it as I was before, though. If I have to miss a race it's not a big deal. But usually I watch them all.

One of the guys in our local Z club served as official photographer and he took tons of pics with a big camera. As soon as he posts them I'll post a link to them.

I have a Jeff Gordon story for ya. We where at a race shop near a dirt track in Pa. The owner had an old pic of him hanging in his shop. It seems that when Jeff was a still a kid he and his father stopped into the shop. His dad asked if they had any helmets and the owner said ofcourse. He went over and picked one up handing it to his father. His father said this is way too big for my son. The owner said he didn't have a kids department LOL

Raccoon assassins hired by Moose, paid with poutine. This is more common in Canada than one would think.

Mity Vac is only about 50 bucks and pays for itself the first time you use it, IMO.

Is that one of those tools that allow you to bleed brakes with only one person?

I am just an old guy and pretty much debt-free. I actually planned this purchase, sort of.

The lens I got today completes my objectives when I went digital. My EF stable is now:

24-70, 2.8
16-35, 2.8
70-200, 2.8

100-400 -- this is here only beacause I got an incredible deal. It is a highly impractical lens as it is very heavy and hard to hold steady over time w/o a monopod.

Alchemy 04-14-2012 09:30 PM

I like the new avi pedZ:tup:

RiCharlie 04-14-2012 09:34 PM

Well today I used Dr Color Chip to try to fill in a small chip in the bumper. I paid $39 for about an ounce of this stuff including shipping and this was the second chip I was working on...my hands got some of the paint on them and that went on my fairly good pants ..I attempted to clean them off and in the process knocked over the open bottle of Color Chip spilling most of it on the floor of the garage..

Anyone looking for a helper in their auto body shop? I am available....real cheap..

Install went very good. Almost all too easy. Brake pedal is still soft, need to go back and bleed again in the morning. Havent driven it yet and as soon as I do the first thing on my list is to break the pads in. I set the sways to soft all around to start. Koni's are set to just below middle in the rear and about middle in front to start. CANT WAIT TO DRIVE!!!!

I have an iPhone. :ugh2:

Actually, I have a point and shoot waterproof Olympus, and a few other point and shoots...but have been thinking about getting into SLR. I do tend to take lots of pictures with my iPhone, but mainly because of convenience.
