im getting my new Droid4 tomorrow. woohooo~ my droidx died today due to hardware issues. i couldn't get a shot from my camera so the nuvi pict will need to wait until tomorrow, i guess. anyway, i will pair that to my nuvi too i guess. lol so far, very happy with my decision. :D

i need to buy me that car cradle for my G next. :p

Mr.kenchan, Congrats on the Nuvi and the OBD-II!!! I bet you must be having fun seting up the two and busy poking the Nuvi's screen. LOL!!

I've been trying to look for a car mount for you and after some research through some PDA forum (including the famous xda-forum), I am suggesting you the OEM Droid 4 car mount by motorola. The OEM one comes with a single arm means it is more sturdy thus it will have less vibration.

The dirt has been smoothed out, ready for seed, just need to cut a few bricks and call it done  the bricks look like they are a different colour, but they are actually the same, they just need to get hosed off.

If your legs are long enough to reach the gas & brake pedal, I think you shouldn't have any problem reaching the clutch pedal.... unless your left leg is 6in shorter than the right.....

:bowrofl: :bowrofl:

LunaZ 05-12-2012 07:01 AM

Damn you morning database errors!

My left leg is about 3/8" shorter.
I replaced the clutch helper spring.

Mr. Kenchan, I like your Z setup, very portable too.

Mr.alcheng, the BBQ is always ready, just give me a days notice. :yum: Hopefully the dealership actually fixes the issue this time. If they do, the wait will have been worth while. Plus, you're driving an Altima... you know it could have been worse, Maliboooooo! :bowrofl:

m4a1mustang 05-12-2012 08:17 AM

Good morning guys. :hello:

Zoren, the limiter is right at about 155 mph.

I'm about to get ready to take the S2000 on over to our MAZOC meet. Won't be staying for lunch as I've got to head to the parents' garage and finish prepping the 5.0 for ZDayZ.

GaleForce 05-12-2012 08:20 AM

Morning Steve. Zdayz sounds awesome, looking forward to seeing lots of pictures

Zoren 370 05-12-2012 08:24 AM

Zoren 370 05-12-2012 08:33 AM

My Z is already 1.6K Miles do I really have to damp the oil for a new one is this a myth or what?
Nissan service and manual says 3,750 miles.
Got the ARK and Typhoon installed ready for the big Z day

You don't have to, but a lot of people like to do it at around that time just in case there are excessive metallic debris contained within the oil from the break in process.

Did you damp yours with the 5.0? That will save me $40 today.

m4a1mustang 05-12-2012 08:47 AM

I changed my oil around 2000 miles I think. Now I go 5k between changed.

Zoren 370 05-12-2012 08:53 AM

Hmmm now I do have a dilemma here.

Why let go of Wanda Z?

So... Wax on, wax off for the 370 and Juke today...

Meanwhile, is there anything better than going to see The Wall with my number one ex (kid's Mom), my two sons (still not proven in a court of law), an almost daughter-in-law and my wife? Not exactly a Norman Rockwell painting, but...

As we have previously covered, I am under 5'. Just driving automatic is dangerous since I have to sit so close to the steering wheel. I tried to learn manual in a 350Z once and I was practically against the steering wheel just to get the clutch all the way down. When I'm driving my Z, I have learned how to angle myself so that I can reach. :)

No Z love for me today.

Dr. Mrs. Onzedge must be super cool. Is there any animosity towards ex #1?

I can see where that can be an issue. Maybe z35 will have adjustable pedals just for you. ;)
