Very true, Im from Northern NJ and used to park in a garage at my home, but now being in Mass im in a parking lot at an apartment complex, insurance went up but nothing sky-high, I am 24 and it is $131 a month now. Not terrible. But I honestly have no speeding tickets and no accidents (knock on wood) this is also my second Z so the insurance company was glad I never crashed the last one or sped (GEICO) and should drop in cost significantly when I turn 25 next year.
