Same advice here, it's not worth blowing $3k on mods to get more power, save your money or pay down the loan, then when ready buy a Z06 or GTR.

Same advice here, it's not worth blowing $3k on mods to get more power, save your money or pay down the loan, then when ready buy a Z06 or GTR. Highly diminishing returns. On the factory car you benefit from the economics of mass production, for aftermarket mods you don't.
The Z is a bit underpowered, but it actually makes for a well balanced car, and it's satisfying to run it to the absolute max, which is possible on public roads. With a Z06 you'll never be able to hit the redline in 1-4 gears on a daily basis. |
