Damn this does suck! I was not aware of this issue with our z's! I was always skeptic about the whole non-traditional ignition setup........ Hope everything is fixed and running soon GL! +1rep to help cheer you up

make sure those are in stock before you order though. most dealers (higher priority) appears to be waiting approx 2-3wks.

MrZ mentioned that Courtesy lists this part as well, which would be a better alternative, considering that they are a vendor here!

To make a long-story short, I had the steering lock problem (December 16, 2011) and the part was back-ordered for over 4 weeks. What a nightmare!
