Why not Certified?????

I just can't figure it out. everything looks clean, i don't see why. I spoke to a Nissan Tech and he was saying some dealerships are just cheap in that

I spoke to a Nissan Tech and he was saying some dealerships are just cheap in that aspect and try to get away from the certification - i guess it might cost dealers money.
