It all depends on what's acceptable to you as far as alignment results go.
The -2.8 camber I got with my Swifts is great for track time and autocross, but not so great for straight line driving, so I went with the camber kit. The camber kit and toe bolts cost about what a fancy shift knob does and if it gets me more mileage out of my RE-11's, then it's money well spent.

I agree. I think you have to do at least the rear camber arms when installing the Swifts.
