that setup also lets me get an intake, the stillen pulley, header wrap, and an axel back; however, I could take those off and get a hood to go with it, or i could get rid of the body kit and get some better performance stuff

you know, I thought about this a bit more and......it doesn't really matter which way you go. If you go speed first, you'll just be wanting all the cosmetic mods again w/in a couple weeks once you get used to the new power level and it feels "normal" again.
If you go looks first, you'll get used to the looks w/in a few weeks, and then you'll want more power. so... Just get both.
