I'm nearly 6'3" and with a helmet I can't imagine fitting in. Unless two inches can be taken off the bottom of the seat. Can it? I had forgotten all the near concussive blows to the head I received in my 300ZXtt on a few violent turns, with only 37.5" of head room. The 370 with the extra inch or so eliminated this. But with the helmet I need to move my seat around to an uncomfortable position just to look level forward.
