The first anyone thinks is "Stupid kid in a sports car got drunk and crashed into a tree." But the more you learn, it sounds like this guy was just trying to avoid confrontation and got rammed by some angry, drunk redneck who has a history of domestic violence (mugshot link a few threads up). Really hope he pulls through and is well enough to see this guy get a long, long prison sentence.
