I'm surprised how many times I have seen this whole "Trunk Debacle" come up... And that "tricky circular button" next to the trunk button... I personally see no reason for anything other than what has come on the car. You can essentially enter/exit, lock/unlock, and have full use of all functions of the trunk, including locking the car back up *("tricky circular button") with the key in your pocket. The only thing you are losing is the possibility of accidentally opening your trunk from, lets say, in your house.... I can't tell you how many times I have seen cars in the mall parking lot, or parked in front of homes with the trunk opened, and nobody in sight. For this I say THANK YOU NISSAN! Cheers!
