There is some basis for truth, although I don't know if it's exactly true here.
1. It does date the car, since it only came out that one year. Although that could also work in one's favor, since it is the rarest color offered. 2. Studies have been done that show certain colors sell better/worse on the second-hand market, although I don't know how yellow fares. Green is said to be the hardest to move, while Red seems to be the easiest. Of course, that study's a couple years old at this point. |
