To Pass or Not To Pass

I completely disagree, a cop has no reason to pull you over if you are doing the speed limit and passing a slower, be it a cop or something else.
Now if a cop flashed his lights at you when you tried to pass, then there was probably another reason which I could understand. And to your point of being somewhere 5 minutes faster, why show up 5 minutes later when you are within the legal limit?
