Anyone got pull over cause of your after market exhaust yet?

I got pulled over in my 240sx with an HKS Hi Power exhaust, stock everything else. I was waiting at a red light and see the cop car behind me,

I was waiting at a red light and see the cop car behind me, right when it turns green and I start moving, BAM! "PULL OVER". FML went to court, showed them my fix-it ticket and went along my daily life.
