Yours is more "unique" line of thought though...

BX is military iirc, I wonder if dual penors would be a disqualification for military service (like flat feet)? When I went thru MEPS, clearly low intelligence wasn't.

I want more soldiers with duel penors. That way they can spread democracy (VIA effing the natives) twice as fast. Also, I think it would intimidate the enemy. Who would want to fuck with a country who has a bunch of two-cocked soldiers? Not me.
