In PA as stated above the State reg is 36 bucks, plate is one time, annual inspection runs from 20-30 bucks and it just depends which emission test you get,

In PA as stated above the State reg is 36 bucks, plate is one time, annual inspection runs from 20-30 bucks and it just depends which emission test you get, I hear philly is expensive, regular emissions runs 30-40 bucks...or Indiana county FTW= no emissions, and working at a car dealer=free inspection=winning, cant believe the fees in some of these states! BTW I hate living here, but hell if Im moving to some of those states...
