Yep. In most cases they won't even take the time to watch your video, much less change anything because of it. Frustrating, but that's how things work here

When someone's car window shattered on my G on the freeway, there was a lot of stuff going through my head... why did I go that way? Why didn't I stop to get lunch before getting on the freeway? Etc, etc. **** can just happen and sometimes there's no logic in explaining why it happened at any given moment.
