I often wonder on some of these if the pictured are truly the "guilty" parties or if they were making the most out of a bad situation someone put them in and are catching the blame.

Anybody notice that this happened right in front of an eye-care clinic? She should definitely pay them a visit. How in the hell do you not see a red car behind you when you are driving a convertible? How did you not see it before you even got into your car??? WTF?
