UPS drivers are on a time schedule. So many minutes per stop. If you can some how slow him up for his next stop. Then he has to hurry up for the rest of the day. Do it enough times. He might get the message.

I tried to find him the other day to have a chat and ask him nicely to stop parking there, but he was off making deliveries somewhere on the block, so I had to go over his head.
