when you guys buy a new car, do u get offerd a program that covers dings and scratches. It's called the "smart program" here in canada. I didnt get it

when you guys buy a new car, do u get offerd a program that covers dings and scratches. It's called the "smart program" here in canada. I didnt get it on the Z, which i should have when someone hit my rear bumper and took off. But i got it on my Evo and the only scratch thats on my car right now was from when i was putting the dp in. And they repainted the fender for free.
