Washing my car last weekend, I looked down at the lower parking lot and saw this giant fail.

Getting Closer:

It's called a convertible for a reason, put the top up like an intelligent human being. Oh, and don't freaking park in the middle of the already small road.

I love people who think they are protecting their car by doing things like putting a beach umbrella over the car and yet the car has dents, dings, large scrapes on the front bumper, and has obviously not been washed in a long while.

Giving the owner the benefit of the doubt here, if the top isn't working, I could see putting the umbrella up so they didn't burn their a**es on hot leather seats when they return to their car.

Brand new Lexus CT200, still had temporary tags on it. Looks like driver was parking by 'feel' and ended up kissing the wall.

I didn't realize my wife had gotten a valet job parking cars!

A little background - brought home a brand new 2001 Honda Odyssey, and dropped it off at her office so we could trade cars. She proceeded to pull into a parking space bordered by hurricane (metal) fence. Since she couldn't judge the nose of her new car, she decided it wise to pull "all the way up" to the fence.

Problem was the fence had been dipped in a galvanizing solution and thus had hundreds of little barbs on the strands that conveniently punched about 10 holes in the front bumper.

Then there's the story of pullng the new Expedition out of the garage before the door was all the way up, but I'll save that one for another time.
