Yes, that is what he was doing, but to take up the closest spaces to the entrance is making it easy on yourself at everyone else's expense. This lot is huuuuge and he could have done the same thing at the rear of the lot... but he would've had to walk another 50 feet (poor guy).

That cross hatched area he's in is part of the handicap parking stall (for entering or exisiting vehicle, he could/should have been ticketed for it.

I thought I would toss one in.
Another thing I see are people with full size pick ups who can not turn into spot.Back the truck up and go in straight.Do not own rig you can not control.I back my pick up into parking spots.You go straight this way and can see traffic when you pull out of parking spot.

(1) When one spot won't do. Drizzling rain, people cruising the lot for decent spots.
(2) One handicapped spot occupied sans handicapped tag/hanger.
(3) One electric vehicle only/charging station (very rare in this area) occupied by a gas-guzzling sumbitch.

Embarrassed to admit this, but my wife took it on her phone while we were walking into the store, and she blocked it out before she sent it to me. At odd times she seems inexplicably more "responsible and adult-like" than I am.

The minor disconveniences that we must put up with ...

She is much more facile with her phone than I am, so she is my designated photographer (if available). I will pass along our preferences to her for future reference.
