/\ Yeah, I lived in nothern Jersey for a couple years a while back and I remember the first time I went to go fill up and I didn't know about the law and I was ready to beat the attendant's *** for not letting me fill up my own car.

However, I will say, when it was raining cats and dogs, I wasn't too upset about having some other poor schmuck pump my gas for me.

I have experienced something similar, where even if my hand is off the trigger...gasoline keeps trickling out and I keep getting charged. This was at a BP, I believe.
