Question about the Sports Package

I have heard alot of talk, even from my friends that the rev sync takes away from the "driving experience" and is cheating because we dont have to heal toe to downshift. I agreed with him up untill i downshifted through all the gears effortlessly and had a grin from ear to ear.

Def feel that the 3k is worth the sports package.

Even if that were the case, your friend could turn it off whenever he wants, so...

I thought I would too, then after a few weeks of having it on and hearing that beautiful downshift every time I pulled up at a light made me change my mind... now I love it!

You didn't have a choice. They don't sell base models in Canada. All of yours come with sport and touring, so you don't count.

ummm....ya we do. We can order the non-sport model without synchro-rev. I test drove a Canadian 'base' model before I ordered the Sport model. They didn't have any sports left in stock to test drive.

Canadians can get the same as our US counterparts. Our colors are known differently. And the speedo's are in km/h and we have daytime running lights. Other than that, and the fact fewer of them get to Canada, everything is pretty much the same.

Sorry, I was thinking of touring package. I thought all Canadian Z's were at least sold with touring.
