How to take strut bar off??

I did some DIY painting (exterior and interior section) and today im going to match the strut. I unbolted the three bolts from each side but cant get it loose. do i need to pull harder or what. Up top where the triangle ,that is where it looks stuck

you have to remove the plastic cover at the center of the windshield trim and unbolt it up there too.
