Just bought a 370z.....SO LOUD

This summer I want to do something about the road noise problem in my perfectly stock Z. The stock tires are too new to replace (only 5,000 easy mi.), so I'm considering Dynamat. The hatch area should be an easy place to start. But, unlike many trunks with a full, flat floor, ours is not. Question: Is the Dynamat one large piece attached to the underside of the cardboard cover or is custom cut to line the design of the metal?

It comes in tiles or sheets that you cut yourself and apply to the metal. It's pretty good at conforming to all sorts of curves and contours as long as you have a roller and cut your sheets nicely.
