OMG! It is amazing how many "young" people nowadays complain about things. I don't know what has become of men today. It seems like women have succeeded in feminizing them.
And please no jokes re MX5 being a ladies car cause i can tell you it aint. I love the Zed and has anyone noticed how many ladies drive slk, tt etc?

C'mon guys be men not girly boys and the advice re strentghing your core muscles is right. Hit the gym.

I agree no wallet in back pocket while you drive.

Here is the stretch that will save your back the rest of your life. Think of an aluminum can that you bend one direction then the other until it snaps in half. Do not allow your back to snap in half.
1) Stand straight, hands straight up, slowly bend at your hips, do not touch your toes on the first try, but that will be your goal eventually. Let your body weight stretch out your back a few seconds.

2) Slowly stand back up straight hands reaching for the heavens and then lean and stretch backwards towards a wall so you can catch yourself. If you want to use your hands to walk down and back up the wall. You should hear popping and cracking.

Keep repeating.
In future days you will become more limber, and the back pain wains.

Good luck.

heating pads ftw, too. For back pain, especially lumbar, I love me a good heating pad, couch, movie combo.

As James Bond said "There are better exercises for a mans lower back"

Tell the girl friend or wife to help you out. Then secretly do the real exercises, so you show improvement and the need for more female help.

dude. I don't have back problems, and no matter what I do, from day 1, this car has been the ultimate discomfort.

My 350z was super comfortable, I don't get it.

Consider yourself lucky. Try driving a nismo down a concrete interstate. You'll be wanting out of that thing quick. Or just drive about a 120 and it all goes smooth from there on.

I dunno if it's just the touring seats, but mine is more comfortable than the 350. I dunno. The lumbar support is much better.

I have heard complaints about the 370 touring seats. I have a base model, and I haven't had many problems.
