Anyone having a problem with their driver seat moving around with aggressive driving?

The problem is that the adjuster (for lack of a better term) rod comes loose from the seat frame in the front corner nearest the shifter. Nissan just used one

The problem is that the adjuster (for lack of a better term) rod comes loose from the seat frame in the front corner nearest the shifter. Nissan just used one of the one way push on washers that is supposed to "lock" onto the adjuster shaft. Well it does not work well.

What I had to do on the 350Z was take the seat out. Push on the shaft just a little bit and drill a hole through it. I then put a cotter pin through the hole. Never had the problem again, and my car saw some very aggressive driving on the AutoX course.
