Anyone having a problem with their driver seat moving around with aggressive driving?

So I saw the TSB, are we supposed to take it to the dealer for getting this fixed by showing him the TSB for the seat clicks? Is it free

Is it free to repair etc.? Or do we have to go to any repair shop and pay ourselves?
