Default Apparent TSB for frequency noise

I know there have been many threads about this issue, but FINALLY i have gotten mine fixed. And apparently there is a bulletin about this issue, I guess dealers are just keeping it on the down low? My service guy said there was a bulletin and theres a pic of the receipt of when I got it fixed (today). It took a week to order the ECM but the noise is FINALLY COMPLETELY GONE !
Hope this could be of some hope. Under electrical system it states," SEE ECM BULLETIN"

I dont have any bulletin number, cause like i said I think their trying to keep it on the downlow. But ask for Kurtis Krauth from the service department. Hes the one that replaced mine and tell him your friend ( Me ) got it fixed, and if he says he doesn't know what your talking about, then hes lying. Shoot me a PM if you wanna get personal details so i can help you out.

it'd be great if we could get a pdf of the TSB to post in the TSB section...the printouts help make the repair process go much faster....

Mute the music and drive the car for a bit. If you don't hear a high-pitched electrical whine/squeal then you're fine.

you will DEFINITELY hear it if you have it. the first car i test drove (PG) had the high pitched noise and i was teasing the salesguy about it. it's like after you've been to a rock concert and your ear is just ringing...kind of noise. or if you remember wat a CRT TV sounded like when you turned it on.

i didnt mind it at all, but when i decided on a silver and test drove that (the car i bought) no noise.
